[OK] Public domain (verified) as this photo was officially published in Alfred Stieglitz's 1908 photographic journal Camera Work and Alvin Langdon Coburn's 1913 book Men of Mark. The latter book was published in New York by Mitchell & Kennerley. It was simultaneously published in the United Kingdom by Duckworth and Company.
