יום הזיכרון תשפ"ב - טקס ״דגלון לנופל״, המשותף לצה״ל, למשרד הביטחון ולארגוני הביטחון הנוספים, במסגרתו מונח דגל ישראל על קבריהם של חללי מערכות ישראל, התקיים בהר הרצל. הטקס נערך במעמד הרמטכ"ל, רא"ל אביב כוכבי, מפכ"ל משטרת ישראל, רב-ניצב יעקב שבתאי, ראש המוסד, מר דוד ברנע, ראש השב"כ, מר רונן בר, נציבת שירות בתי הסוהר, רב-גונדר קטי פרי, סמנכ"ל וראש אגף משפחות, הנצחה ומורשת במשרד הביטחון, מר אריה מועלם, ראש אגף כוח האדם, אלוף יניב עשור, יושב ראש ארגון "יד לבנים", מר אלי בן שם, ויושבת ראש ארגון אלמנות ויתומי צה"ל, הגברת תמי שלח.
