Photos of nanostructures were obtained with the scanning electron microscope JSM-6490 by the researchers of Berdiansk State Pedagogical University. 100x magnification. These structures can be used in the manufacture of laser technology. Nanostructured semiconductors exhibit a number of unusual properties, and are often called metamaterials or supermaterials.
